David Danda
 David Danda is a native of Hammond, Indiana. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University Law School. Mr. Danda has passed the bar in Louisiana, Arizona, and Georgia. He has lived and worked in Dekalb County for over 26 years and has represented clients throughout the greater Atlanta metro area and throughout Georgia. By associating a local attorney, he has represented clients in other states. Mr. Danda is an active member of his community. His volunteerism includes work at local schools, Homeless Outreach at church and other activities. He is a public speaker and a comic.

For over 28 years David Danda has participated in civil litigation. Mr. Danda works in serious injury and death cases arising out of motor vehicle accidents, "big rig" (18 wheel truck) accidents, aviation accidents, railroad accidents, medical malpractice, property liability (rape and other attacks or slip and fall), defective products (automobile tires and recalled drugs ~ Baycol / Vioxx), nursing home abuse, and dog bite cases. Mr. Danda is an advocate for the innocent injured victim.

Mr. Danda helps resolve disputes between attorneys and clients as a volunteer arbitrator for the State Bar of Georgia and is a volunteer in the Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism which sponsors the the State Bar of Georgia's Professionalism program at Emory University Law School.
